After his debut dj`ing in Quebec in 1994, he decides to call Montreal home.
Founder of Fluodelik and the legendary ``Psychotrop`` parties in Montreal, he organized over 50 events in France and Canada, introducing such artists as Kristof Absolum (3DVision), Talamasca (Mind Control), Jaļa, Stof Kovax de Psyquest-Newom, Pierre et Manue aka DJ Miss Etta et DJ St-Pierre, Toffeur aka DJ Zebulon, Eyal Yankovich, Wizzy Noise, Nick Taylor, Dino Psaras et X-Dream.
In more than 10 years, Jeff Mk-ultra has been involved in many projects as an electronic music composer, DJ and an events producer.
In 1994, he has released many tracks on the first french techno label ``Step To House`` and ``Koyote Records`` in UK under the name of Underhead with his friend Virtuart.
In 2009, after visiting Mexico repeatedly, Jeff Mk-Ultra decide to lauch his own label with DJ Makinaw to raise awareness and pay tribute to all the talented artists who contributed to this type of music.
He is also working on gathering these artists in 2010, somewhere magical, deep in the jungle of Mexico ....
